2. Subject of the Agreement

3. Order Procedure

4. Payment and Delivery Procedure

The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method and is paid by the buyer in addition to the product price. 4.3. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or other third parties.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7. Other Conditions
7.1. This Agreement is an agreement between the buyer and the seller and is governed by the laws of Ukraine. 7.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the court for consideration.
