Exchange and Returns
We always strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with the item you received, you can exchange it or return it within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for exchange and return:
- The item was not used. Returns are only possible for items that show no signs of use, damage, or missing components.
- Original packaging is intact. The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and documents that confirm the purchase.
- Receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep the receipt or any other document that confirms the purchase of the item from our store.
Exchange or return process:
- Submit a request. To exchange or return an item, please contact our customer support via email or fill out the online form on the website.
- Send the item for return. After agreeing with the manager, send the item to the specified address of our warehouse. All return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
- Receiving compensation. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund to your bank account within 7 business days.
Items not eligible for return:
- Hygienic items (underwear, personal hygiene products)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable items or items with a limited shelf life
